STRT(up) Spotlight - LetsEat

Shaykayla Smith

What is LetsEat & why we love them

LetsEat is looking to take a bite out of the meal kit delivery sector (projected to reach nearly $20 billion by 2027). Chris Tiedge, Founder of LetsEat, intends on entering this rapidly growing market by utilizing the newer trend of “side hustles” to compliment the current industry operations. LetsEat will operate by shipping pre-portioned meal kits with recipes designed and inspired by the community of users. These same users will then be compensated based on order volumes for the meal kits.

We love how LetsEat is innovating the meal kit delivery industry. Chris Tiedge is a new community member at STRT and we are excited to follow and share his journey with LetsEat.

The founder

Chris Tiedge – “Change is inevitable, it’s simply a fact in life and entrepreneurs orchestrate that change for either the good or the bad. Build the future you wish to have.”

Where they’re at

LetsEat was founded in April 2019 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are currently in the process of gathering and analyzing data generated from the release of their initial Minimum Viable Product. LetsEat is expected to have a soft launch Q1 2021.

Where they’re going

The team at LetsEat is quite excited for what 2021 will hold for the potential of the company. They expect to finally put all of the careful planning, experimentation and insight into action by reinforcing the business model and building to scale.

Create the Future.
